Layers!

Layers are natural. They are the real deal! Layers represent what something is made up of. 

Human beings are made up of looks, features, behaviors, emotional experiences, making sense, accessibility, support, extensibility, and integrability.

Similarly, products constitute solutions, features, experience, accessibility, support, extensibility, and integrability.

Layers tell us about the constitution of something. What something is made up of. Unless we know how to carefully peel the layers, we would not know why something works the way it does.

Hastily trying to get to the core of anything means we have not peeled each layer and inspected its attributes. Attributes tell us the importance of the layer above and beneath. 

Layers educate us on the years of the process that built that layer. It is a reflection of experiences. Layers are formed after years of hardships, pain, exposure to good and bad experiences, fights, skirmishes, wins, satisfactions, and injuries.

The layer represents the state of calm. It shows that it has been through much. It indicates protection. That the endurance built into the system are due them.

Let's be careful to walk through layers and inspect each one. 

Layers are there for a reason. Layers have a purpose. Layers bind the internal to the external.

Let's not be fooled by the external. Patiently peel the layers, make sense of why they exist, and get to the next.

The purity of the core cannot be witnessed without the layers that keep it wrapped.

Best to make efforts to understand the constitution of layers. It goes a long way in crafting a response.

Productivity dwindles, cooperation is missing, and ad-hoc interactions are common-place That creates chaos. No one appears in charge even though there is someone responsible. It clearly is a sign of broken communication channels. A well-orchestrated workplace focuses on methods to communicate grounds-up and top-down. It encourages patient listening, internalizing and responding rather than reacting. All effective open communication channels are a result of making such communication possible. Unentangle.

Some circumstances warrant protecting your time and effort. Saying no to everything and ruthlessly keeping space becomes your priority. Space that can hold the opportunity to take something that excites you. There are distractions thrown your way. Carrots are dangling in front of you, making you believe that a brighter future lies in following a defined path. They are others' views of the opportunities, not yours. When you are picky about what you want to do - the right way to go is to say no until you can say whole body yes to something that ignites you. Eventually, what you do may work or not.
