There are trapping forces that withhold our progression.
Attachments to unfinished commitments, cultural bonds, unsettled scores, worry about the uncertainty surrounding what we care for, incomplete discoveries - so many forces draw us backwards.
We surely want to unshackle ourselves from those but cannot get our minds to shed thinking about it. No matter how many distractions we create externally, we cannot get the internal thrust.
Bringing the point of internal equilibrium raises the possibility of generating a liberating push that turns into a compounding thrust until we gain an escape velocity to leave behind trapping forces. Escape velocity gives us to be in orbit of a progressive path.
But the first step is to gain an internal equilibrium so that we know how to generate the initial push.
