While we may not realize it, sensitivity is at the root of how cultures build and how we behave.
Environments that can build around such cultures have usually seen an arduous, painstaking journey of ill-effects of exclusions and restrictions leading to constrained closed communities that exist but severely lack trust.
Retention of relationships is based on trust in the group behaviour.
When cultures evolve with an element of sensitivity, it moves toward an expansive inclusion and gives a free hand to explore or opine.
That is when cultures catch on.
Consistently grasping who is in front of us sets the direction of future culture - one of care.
