Complexity is a symptom of cramming too much information in the head. There are implicit assumptions that need understanding. There are base concepts used as building blocks that we need to know about.
The complexity begins to dissipate only when we break down the information and find examples that help us understand the complexity. We must have a building block of more minor, easy-to-understand knowledge and results of experiments. When we have that, it becomes the basis of understanding the concept we find complex.
They say biology is an expression of chemistry. How do we know? It appears unfathomable.
Here is an example of establishing a high-level understanding of this statement with specifics.
We know a healthy and balanced diet can keep diseases at bay. Diets enhance (or even degrade physical state. Diseases represent a chemical state (or change) of humans.
Diet offers us needed nutrients such as Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, and Fibers.
Within the nutrients needed, Proteins are good sources of amino acids. Amino acids have properties that can improve biotic functions and can help in arresting the onset of certain diseases.
Proteins are available in legumes, seeds, grains, and fibers. Seed proteins are more concentrated in quantity and inhibit the degradation of protein quality. Proteins in seeds possess more antibodies and are a more effective part of the diet. Antibodies work to change the chemical state of humans or indicate an improvement and protection mechanism for human health.
It then makes sense that including certain foods, such as seeds, in daily diet benefits health. Seed properties also explain the rise in efforts to find protein alternatives from such natural sources.
Trying to understand or running experiments that cut across the boundaries of different fields can help us break down arguably complex claims into something believable.
Such an approach of negotiating with complexity is the basis for creating vital benefits that are simple to understand, difficult to replicate, and have takers.
