There are two sides to our participation. One side acts as a mere spectator. Waits for others to accommodate you and carry you along.
This passive, waiting-to-be-accommodated persona makes everything we do a wee bit harder. We are passive when we expect to be noticed, valued, and respected.
The other side is proactive. It volunteers and accommodates many things, people, suggestions, thoughts, etc. It helps us find our way into the world with a persona built with Genuinity, work, ethics, and conduct.
Accommodating is a two-way act. It is the first step to comforting surroundings. It establishes a trusting environment conducive to constructive creation.
