We can learn many things by simply forming a community of something we are interested in or by being part of an existing one that we feel interested in.
The tendency to interact, debate and uncover is a valuable one. And yet, we find that it is an elusively rare tendency.
Often, we take pride in knowing things for our own reasons.
The behavior that follows from us is a big turn-off, though. We quickly decide that what we know now will provide us an edge and must be protected as a secret treasure. It is good to be in the know of things but rarely suitable to be unwilling to relay or share that with those who might benefit from the knowledge.
Develop the need for care to see the impeccable use of our knowledge. First, develop a community to get a reason to care!
