We cling to fear and uncertainty seen because of it. It is not by choice. Fear is a way to hide behind inaction.
The thought behind inaction comes from a desire for the status quo. We know not much can get worse if we take no action. While that is comforting, it also stalls us from the progressive march.
All good things in life are on the other side of our fears. And going on the other side of fear means we have to take calculated risks, act under uncertainty and be prepared to change our course as often as needed. The navigation of changing course shows our ability to perform in utmost discomfort, doubt, and loneliness.
Building a resilient effort requires unprecedented internal push, courage, and navigation of fear. It is then that the most essential contribution starts and germinates.
Wind of enthusiasm cross-pollinates courage. Once we have the communal belief, anything we do thrives.
First, we must find a way to act in tiny chunks and be on the other side of the fear!
