Focus on something other than the obstacle.
If you do, you often get bogged down by the obstacle.
If you focus on the task, your mind focuses on that instead, and the obstacle is avoided inadvertently.
Life is perceptive, wherein positive conditioning of the mind is required.
What you focus on is what you end up doing.
Focus on the positive, and you'll get positive results.
If you focus on avoiding the negative, you'll get sucked into the negative regardless of the negative perception.
